How many videos can I process per month?

Free plan: 2 videos per month. Creator plan: 15 videos per month. Studio plan: 50 videos per month. Founding Member: 15 videos per month, price locked for life. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

What types of videos work with Miipack?

Any public YouTube video. Paste the URL and Miipack downloads the audio, transcribes it, and generates your full content pack. Private or age-restricted videos are not supported.

How long does it take to generate a content pack?

Under 2 minutes for most videos. Longer videos (over 60 minutes) may take slightly longer.

Do my clips and content expire?

No. Your content packs never expire — free plan included. Access them any time from your dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time. Go to your profile page, click Manage billing, and cancel from there. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Email us at info@miipack.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort it. After 7 days or after uploads have been made, refunds are at our discretion.

What is the Founding Member plan?

The first 100 people to subscribe lock in $19/month forever — Creator-level access, price never increases. Once the 100 spots are gone, this plan closes.

Can I use videos from platforms other than YouTube?

Not yet. YouTube is the only supported source right now. More platforms are on the roadmap.
