Account data
Name, email address, password (hashed), plan type. Collected when you sign up.
Usage data
YouTube URLs you submit, video transcripts, generated content packs, upload count. Used to provide the Service.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store card details. We receive your Paddle customer ID and subscription status only.
Technical data
IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited. Collected automatically via Supabase and standard web logs.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Content packs and uploads are retained to power your dashboard. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@miipack.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions (via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without losing access to the Service.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — use the Service at your own risk.
Miipack is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
