Miipack is a content repurposing tool that allows creators to submit YouTube video URLs and receive AI-generated content packs including short clips, social media threads, newsletter drafts, blog posts, and thumbnail ideas. All content is generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Miipack.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any YouTube content you submit to the Service.
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, and tax compliance globally. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Free plan users receive 2 video uploads per month. Paid plan upload limits reset monthly on the 1st of each month.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the Service. After 7 days or after uploads have been made, refunds are at our discretion. Contact us at info@miipack.com to request a refund.
All content generated by Miipack is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated output belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party AI model terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miipack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@miipack.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
