Our refund commitment

We want you to be happy with Miipack. If something isn't working as expected, contact us first — we'll do everything we can to fix it.

7-day refund window

If you subscribe to a paid plan and have not used any uploads, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email info@miipack.com with your account email and payment date. We'll process it within 3–5 business days.

After 7 days or after use

Refunds after 7 days, or after uploads have been made, are handled at our discretion. We assess these case by case. If you've had a genuinely poor experience, reach out — we're a small team and we take these seriously.

Founding Member plan

The Founding Member plan is a one-time limited offer with a lifetime locked price. Refunds for this plan follow the same 7-day / no-use policy above. Once the founding period closes, this plan cannot be resubscribed to.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no uploads have been made. Partial refunds for unused months are not offered after the 7-day window, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancellation is not the same as a refund.
